Once I made my purchase, they held off shipment for me so I had time to make sure her enclosure was prepped and ready to go. On shipping day, they took the time to check the weather in my area (Idaho) and suggested that I have the shipment held at the Fed Ex facility due to colder temps. My baby female Suriname Boa arrived healthy and active. I have not really handled her yet and have not fed yet because I am giving her a week or so to acclimate. But I think she is doing great.”
