Is there a minimum for an animal to qualify for the payment plan?
Yes, the sell price of the animal must be greater than $100 for the animal to qualify for the payment plan.
The pet payment plan terms are as follows:
20% down of the total animal price plus full shipping cost ($49.99) will be due as the first payment. The 20% is non-refundable should the animal not be paid off within 30 days. Any payments over the 20% can be applied to a gift card that will be redeemable for 30 days from the date created should you not complete the full payment within the 30 days. Discounts, coupons and gift cards do not apply to payment plans.
How do I make payments on the payment plan?
You will be emailed an invoice from PayPal that will allow for a partial payment for the first payment and additional payments will be made on the same invoice.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We only accept PayPal payments. PayPal allows for many payment methods to be utilized on your accounts such as credit cards and bank accounts.
Do I have to buy the same animal that I purchased or can I choose a different animal?
No. The animal is put aside for you and is kept and cared for until paid off and therefore cannot be swapped out
Do I get a refund if the animal goes on sale while I’m paying it off?
No. The sale price is fixed and final at time of payment plan initiation.
Will the live arrival guarantee apply to my purchase?
Yes. All animals in our care are guaranteed until they are delivered.
When does my 30-day payment plan period begin?
Your 30-day payment plan period begins the day the invoice is sent to you and the final pay off date will be reflected on this invoice.
What happens once I submit my information to participate in the payment plan?
You will be contacted via the phone number you provided us during normal business hours to confirm all of your information. Then your invoice will be created and sent. Once you receive the invoice you will have 48 hours to make the initial payment to start the payment plan. After the initial 48 hours we reserve the right to consider this agreement null and void.
