They did so amazing with communicating! And even helped me when my snake was not available. It was very generous of them to let me pick a snake higher priced than I paid for. I ended up getting a Nelson’s Albino milk snake and he is amazing! Super active! But you have to wait a few days before you feeding if you are not going to place it in the enclosure. I had him in a small tupperware container because I was dog sitting. He is now in his enclosure and he comes out to say hi to me. Baby milk snakes they are fast. You have to make sure to keep the heat at their needed temperature. He is great handling, he did eat a pinky mouse after offering it to him 2 days before. I don’t blame my snake skittles. But I love him and can’t wait to see him grow! Also, their bite does not feel like anything. Do not be scared. I will definitely get a ball python or another milksnake in the future. Leave your cats away from free roaming snakes- Loki my cat carried him around with his mouth half opened and gave him to me- skittles is fine no damage. I have a vet for him.
